Subconjunto terminológico da classificação internacional para a prática de enfermagem: revisão integrativa

Resumo

Objetivo: identificar nas publicações científicas as iniciativas do desenvolvimento e o uso dos subconjuntos terminológicos da CIPE®. Método: estudo de revisão integrativa, no período de março a abril de 2012, nas bases de dados BDENF, BioMedLib, LILACS, MEDLINE, Pubmed e SciELO, utilizando como estratégia de busca as palavras-chave: CIPE, ICNP, subconjunto terminológico da CIPE e ICNP subset, no período compreendido entre 2005-2012. Resultados: os artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão levaram a identificação de duas categorias temáticas: processo de desenvolvimento de subconjunto terminológico da CIPE® e; estudos de aplicabilidade de Subconjuntos Terminológicos da CIPE®. Conclusão: o desenvolvimento e a utilização na prática dos subconjuntos terminológicos da CIPE® ainda são incipientes apesar do processo metodológico desses subconjuntos serem promissor. Sugere-se o desenvolvimento de novos subconjuntos terminológicos da CIPE®; a publicação da aplicação e validação dos subconjuntos desenvolvidos e; o refinamento ou construção de um processo metodológico de desenvolvimento destes subconjuntos.
